Hidden in the Deepwell neighborhood, Champagne Dream is a luxury retreat that seamlessly marries modern clean lines with the home’s mid-century heritage. Located on a ¼ acre lot in the history rich Deepwell neighborhood, Champagne Dream is a three-bedroom/three bathroom home with 2,400 square feet of living space. Highlighting the notion of indoor/outdoor living, the oversized west-facing yard features a pool, spa, alfresco dining and poolside bar, all with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Just beyond the privacy gates, frosted glass double doors open onto polished white porcelain tile floors that are used throughout the home. Sliding glass doors are in each room, with a pocket sliding glass wall providing unobstructed views and access to the pool patio and yard from the Great Room.

The large Great Room is anchored by a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace and provides comfortable seating for quiet conversation or reading. Adjacent to the Great Room, the Media Room features a 55“ HD Flat Screen TV with Blu-ray player, and Premium cable, providing ample entertainment options for each of your guests. The Media Room also features a writing desk with printer: a perfect home office solution for guests.

The European style kitchen features a high-end appliance suite by Fisher and Paykel; including gas cooktop, French door refrigerator and two drawer-style dishwashers. A kitchen appliance garage keeps all countertop appliances hidden from sight, but readily accessible. A Breakfast bar provides seating for four guests, perfect for a quick meal or casual conversation while creating that culinary masterpiece! The large Dining Room is located just off of the Chef’s Kitchen, with seating for up to eight guests. The room is anchored at either end by two wall-mounted white stag busts, symbols of peace and adventure that add a whimsical touch to every meal!

The Guest Quarters are located at the south end of the home providing privacy from the main living spaces. The Master Suite features a custom King bed, Flat Screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower and access to private outdoor shower. A sliding glass door opens onto the pool patio and is outfitted with blackout shades, perfect for a restful nights sleep!

The first and second Guest Quarters share a common bath, with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The First Guest Quarters feature a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV and private patio access. The second Guest Quarters feature two Twin beds, which can easily be paired to make 1 King bed, Flat Screen TV, and access to a semi-private patio off of the home’s main entrance. Each bedroom also features blackout shades on windows and doors, providing maximum privacy and comfort.  Additionally, there is a powder room located in the main hallway of the home.

The best of Desert living is bringing indoor living to the out of doors. The large rectangular saline pool with elevated spa is centered within the patio, with multiple areas for relaxation and lounging surrounding it. To the North, an alfresco dining space provides covered seating for up to six guests, with a ceiling-mounted fan providing a cool breeze when needed. On the South end, the elevated fire feature is surrounded by an outdoor living room set. Multiple Chaise Lounges surround the pool and patio area, providing plentiful seating for all guests. Located just off of the patio, a Poolside Bar with sink and mini-fridge provide the perfect place to create poolside cocktails and snacks! A private water closet is located in the bar area, as well, eliminating the need to venture back indoors!
