The Great Room features a Flat Screen TV, Sectional Sofa and Gas fireplace – perfect for those seeking space for indoor relaxation, or simply a quiet place to enjoy a book! Adjacent, the true Chef’s Kitchen offers an appliance suite from Wolf and Viking D3, including a gas cooktop, French door refrigerator, wall mounted oven and built-in microwave, wine cooler and bar sink. The home offers three bedrooms, with dual Master Suites. The Master Suite features a King sized bed, Sitting area, Flat Screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The Master bath offers dual vanities, walk-in shower room with teak flooring and standalone soaking tub, and separate water closet. The Master Suite also features large walk-in closet and located adjacent are laundry facilities.

The Second Master is located at the opposite end of the home, providing ideal separation for guests. This suite offers a King sized bed, Flat screen TV, and en-suite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, adjacent private outdoor shower and water closet. Located off of the Second Master suite is a semi-private patio with direct pool access and dual chaise lounges.

The Third Guest Quarters are also located on the Northern end of the home. This bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and shares a hall bathroom, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

Located adjacent to the Third Guest Quarters is the office, which features a 1960 Pace Glass desk and Mid-Century sofa – this is the perfect retreat for quiet reading or as a workspace.

The home also offers a powder room, with direct pool patio access for daytime guest use.

The Baker features two distinct outdoor living spaces, both walled and gated for privacy. At the front of the of property, which is Western facing, there is an outdoor living area which features a custom built-in gas barbeque with bar height fire table and bar seating. Adjacent to this space is an outdoor living and dining area, which can be shaded with the oversized cantilever umbrella. This space is easily accessible from the common areas of the home via the pocketing Fleetwood doors, providing seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

On the Eastern side of the property sits the Resort style pool area. Featuring a large pool with integrated spa, elevated sun lounge with chaise loungers and freestanding umbrellas, and multiple sitting areas – this space truly exemplifies the “Palm Springs” experience. For those seeking shade, the covered patio offers an outdoor dining area and outdoor living room.
